In the FAQ, under "How do I submit my flick to Firefox Flicks and enter the contest?", the first sentence includes a link to submit a video. When the FAQ was first written we hadn't built the submission process yet and this part of the FAQ was left out of the first version, but now it should invoke the signup/upload dialog.
