steps to reproduce:
1. Click on the purchase button for a paid app
2. Sign in as a new persona user
3. Create/Confirm PIN
4. When prompted to Confirm your mobile number by bango, enter valid info and click Continue

reproducible? sometimes

observed behavior:
Nothing happens on clicking Continue. There are no http requests.
