login window appears with buttons OK nad Cancel placed too flat

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Access page with bad certificate for domain.
Window SECURITY ERROR: DOMAIN NAME MISMATCH appears
2a. If you see button OK, press it. 
2b. If you dont see button OK, switch to another window and back, then press OK
3. Login window with buttons OK nad Cancel placed too flat appears.

Actual Results:  Login window with buttons OK nad Cancel placed too flat

Expected Results:  Login window with buttons OK nad Cancel placed "normal"
(means, you can see the whole button)

Reporter: Can you please add the URL to a sample page with bad certificate for
domain

Also note: The build you are testing with is getting old. Bugs you see with that
