842910 - App updates get stuck at downloading ~95% done

Attachment: logcat of update attempt

Whether an app update is 3 megs or 22kb, the app update keeps getting stuck at around 95% downloaded.

STR:
1) Check for updates
2) Click on update notification (for maps, and test API apps), and choose install
3) Update notification gets stuck at 3.12mb out of ~3.3mb (or 10kb out of 22kb).

I'm not seeing this bug either with general app updates.

Can't repro with maps either. WFM.
