8430 - Update CCK Wizard title bar text for each screen

Bhuvan's comments: WizardUI is modified to enable the dynamic title feature. In
all the builds so far, we had Netscape Client Customization Kit as a standard
title for all
the pages. It is now being to changed to act more dynamically. Page title is now
extracted from the corresponding ini file. This feature makes the
automation tasks easier as each page now can have its own tag.
Each page has a relevant title. I modified the titles in all relevant ini files.
Robin and Bijal should modify the titles to more appropriate ones, if needed.

each screen.

I downloaded the 8/3 build.

Here is what I am recommending:
1) Rename titles text to be "Netscape Client Customization Kit - Page 1 of x" to
help the end user know where s/he is in the process.
2) Banner text could be more descriptive such as
"Customizing Netscape Browser -  Animated Logo and Title Bar Text"
"Customizing Netscape Browser - Default Homepage, Bookmarks, and Help Menus"

This will help in quickly navigating either by number or by header.

Here are a few comments on existing method:
1) Not sure what value the window title adds if it is exactly the same as the
banner text
2) If we plan to have them different, we should be consistent in using a number
scheme (Part One, Part 1, - 1), a description scheme (- PoPs, Animated Logo),
and on verb tense (Customize versus Customizing).  Here are a few examples:

I've checked in title bar changes so that each title bar says "Netscape Client
Customization Kit - Page x of 10", where x is the actual page number.

Our graphic artist will create banners for each of the screens that reflect
Bijal's comments. Marking fixed.
