Pushed a CKEditor update, "Launch" link feature doesn't appear in WYSIWYG.

Is there anything else we should know?

Cleared cache and still doesn't work.  Does work on developer.allizom.org, however.
User-facing design is pretty minimal here, just what David said in comment 0. Ready for development.
