Private and non private downloads shown in the same Library window
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; rv:22.0) Gecko/20130220 Firefox/22.0 Build ID: 20130220031126 Reproducible: always Steps to reproduce: 1. Launch Firefox 2. Perform several downloads 3. Open the Downloads View (Tools menu -> Downloads) and observe all the downloads (leave the Library window opened) 4. Open a new Private Browsing window 5. Perform several downloads 6. Open the downloads View 7. Go to the opened Library window, observe the downloads list and close it 8. Go to the private window -> Bookmarks menu -> Show all Bookmarks -> Downloads 9. Observe the downloads list from the downloads library. Actual results: If the Library window is opened from the private window, both private and non private downloads are seen. I believe this is invalid. Bookmarks created and files downloaded are intended to be retained across all sessions, private or not.

Is there any update about this issue? I don't think that if you download a file from a private tab, it should be listed... We are not asking for it being deleted from disk, no no... But, isn't the whole idea of private browsing not to have your firefox stuff altered with whatever you do un private mode???
I see this regularly. You don't need to open the library. Downloads from a Private Window will specifically land in the non-private window. Makes me wonder if any other storage functions the same.
