User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.6; rv:19.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/19.0 Build ID: 20130215130331 Steps to reproduce: Go to this website: http://seviesphere.net/sonstiges/ Move your mouse over the first picture (titled WiiU). The picture will highlighted. Move the mouse away from the picture. Actual results: The picture disappear. Expected results: The picture should only get dis-highlighted. I veryfied it in Opera(12.14 Mac) and Safari(5.1.7 Mac). There it works like expected. My System: MacBook Pro with Nvidia GeForce 9400M / Snow Leopard 10.6.8
WFM with FF19 on Win 7. Does it work as expected in previous versions of Firefox?
Flags: needinfo?(atlanx)
It worked for me on FF17 (Mac). FF18 still showed some strange behaviour on an other website with animated gifs. But this failure is new i think.

The problem (in FF19) is even there in Firefox-Safe-Mode (without Add-ons).

As I don't have any Mac OSX machine at home, could you use the tool mozregression (see http://harthur.github.com/mozregression/) to find a possible regression range, please. Firefox 18 builds started in August 2012, so use mozregression --good=2012-08-01.

Loic, I’ve posted a Linux x86-64 regression range in comment #4.
OS: Mac OS X → All
Sorry, I didn't see the range. But I'm not able to reproduce the issue on Win 7.
In the mozregression --good=2012-08-01 Firefox Nightlys everything works fine. No problem with disappearing pictures there. Downloading nightly from 2012-11-27 : good Downloading nightly from 2013-03-11 : good Downloading nightly from 2013-03-18 : good > 2013-02-20 here around my problem in my FF started Downloading nightly from 2013-03-22 : good Downloading nightly from 2013-03-24 : good Downloading nightly from 2013-03-25 : good So, why my Firefox (even in Save Mode without plugins/addons) has the problem but not the nightlies. I don't understand this.

Maybe the issue has ben fixed in the recent nightlies.
Is this still reproducible in latest beta?

Are you still seeing issues?
Fixed between these two builds: 2013-04-01-03-08-17-mozilla-central-firefox-22.0a1.en-US.linux-x86_64, 2013-04-08-03-09-28-mozilla-central-firefox-23.0a1.en-US.linux-x86_64. WFM also with 2013-07-18-03-02-01-mozilla-central-firefox-25.0a1.ru.linux-x86_64. → WFM.
