Steps to reproduce:

  * start mozilla
  * click on the attachment to this bug (which contains <img src=" /ant.jpg">)

Expected results:

  * picture of an ant

Actual results:

  * alt text "foobar" showing

Looking at the junkbuster log, mozilla makes the request with the space
expanded to %20.  If you go to page info and click on the image, a request
is made without the space and the image shows up.

The www.cnn.com main photo shows the problem this morning.
