In Japanese layout keyboard
"Zoom in" [Ctrl]+[Shift]+[+] causes browser zoom, not pdf.js's zoom.
Of course [Ctrl]+[+] nothing happens

Same reasoning for untracking as in https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=843218#c1

I can replicate on any keyboard. So it's not related to locale. Will be fixed by https://github.com/mozilla/pdf.js/pull/2926
Dup of bug 843218?
