steps to reproduce:
1. Click on the purchase button for a paid app as a logged-in user.
2. Enter PIN
3. When asked to confirm your mobile number, enter necessary info to get a short code
4. Enter incorrect shortcode

expected behavior:
There is an error message informing the user how to fix the error.

observed behavior:
There is no feedback but the user is stuck and cannot proceed ahead.
Tom says error messages for these are in the works and will land soon in Bango's test environment. Also, the user can try 5 times after which point they'll be locked out for 5 minutes. Then they can try again.

I filed bug 881551. But we give feedback by turning the field red and showing an error message.
