In a page with flash movie you can't call Flash Methods anymore(in Netscape 4.x it works fine). In the sample page(http://www.mamata.com.br/NS6/teste.html) the Stop buttons should stops the animation and the Play, play.
LiveConnect is no longer supported as a way to script plugins. Marking invalid.

ok, there is another way to script plugins then? It would be very good to still be able to do that html-flash interaction... thanks
There is a whole new way to write plugins as XPCOM components, and yes, they can be scriptable via mechanism we call XPConnect. You may want to check mozilla.org for documentation.
