STR on mac:
1) Set pref 'layers.acceleration.disabled;true'
2) Open http://people.mozilla.org/~jmuizelaar/fishie/fishie-gl.html
3) Watch fish near the top of the water or the coral.

This is broken both on nightly and on inbound with streaming buffers.

Jeff you had a patch for this issue. Did it land?
Do you suspect this to be a premultiplied alpha issue?
I remember fixing something very similar to this. The problem was with gfxASurface::Flush/MarkDirty.
