User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:20.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/20.0
Build ID: 20130220104816
Steps to reproduce:
Ran ParticleAcceleration and Psychedelicbrowsing with two sets of drivers and got markedly different performance
http://ie.microsoft.com/testdrive/Performance/ParticleAcceleration/
http://ie.microsoft.com/testdrive/performance/psychedelicbrowsing/Default.html
Using the following drivers on Intel HD 4000
9.18.10.3006 and 9.17.10.2963
3006 64bit driver available below
http://www.mediafire.com/?afasq50cnvuh3v6
2963 64bit driver available below
http://www.mediafire.com/?hwxxcm8m1l778co
Actual results:
Tested on FF 20b1 & 19, with the same result
9.17.10.2963 offers normal performance
Psychedelicbrowsing score 4937
ParticleAcceleration score 60fps
9.18.10.3006 offers severely reduced performance
Psychedelicbrowsing score 51
ParticleAcceleration score 6fps
Chrome suffered little no performance drop in either benchmark.
Expected results:
Firefox should not have lost so much performance.
