when typing an URI with dash (minus), the part following the dash gets deleted after the first letter after dot is typed

try to type a-sporthotel.cz into the location bar


Actual results:

after typing "c" following "a-sporthotel.", only "a-" is in the location bar


Expected results:

an uri can be typed

Bug 836663 should have fixed this bug. The fix will be in Firefox 20 Beta which will soon be available. In the mean time, you can also install Nightly (http://nightly.mozilla.org) to make sure that it is fixed. Thanks!

Yes, this is indeed the case of samsung predictive typing as in the original bug and it is gone in the nightlies.
