:hoosteeno - redirects for bedrock are all editable through the bedrock project. you can find the rewrite rules at: https://github.com/mozilla/bedrock/tree/master/etc/httpd

This was already in svn trunk .htaccess. I've no idea why it was never pushed to stage or prod. I've now pushed to stage in r114160. Prod after I test.
It turns out there are some sub pages under projects/nspr/*. Shall I redirect any request to any of these pages to MDN? That seems appropriate at this point.

Because the entire directory is redirected please remove the directory from SVN. This should be the last step when something is entirely migrated or redirected out of legacy.
