To reproduce:
- Purchase an app
- Enter payment PIN
- [on Bango] enter MSISDN
- [on Bango] enter PIN code received via SMS

When entering the PIN code from SMS the Bango UI should show the numeric keypad not the alpha-numeric keypad. This will make it easier for users to enter the numeric PIN.

potch (cc'd) can help with this. There is a way to force the numeric keypad; we do this somehow in our payment PIN input.

Actually, the MSISDN input is using the numeric keypad so that same technique could be applied to the Bango PIN entry
