As an editor, I want to be able to page through sequential revisions, much like I can in MediaWiki, so that I can trace the evolution of a page without clicking back to the History page and having to change the "Compare Selected Revisions" selections.

Can you explain in more detail what you mean here?

In a MediaWiki page history, select two revisions and click "Compare selected revisions". In the comparison screen, under the metadata about each revision are links to "older edit" and "newer edit". Clicking "older edit" shows a comparison between the older of the two current revisions and next oldest revision. Clicking "newer edit" shows a comparison between the newer of the two current revisions and the next newest revision. The links are not present for the newest and oldest of the revisions in the history. This feature enables paging through sequential revision comparisons without going back to the history overview.
