Details
The unit tests take many hours to finish, so autophone will never be able to keep up if we run them against mozilla-central. We should limit them to once per day. Ideally this would be against the nightlies, but I don't know if that info is available from pulse. Regardless, we would still need to limit the number of runs, since occasionally "nightlies" are produced more than once a day.

We no longer attempt to run the full set of unittests. The limited set of unit tests we do run complete in a relatively short time. I'm going to mark this as WONTFIX. If we need to run more unittests in the future which take more than a few minutes each we can limit them to mozilla-central where we have fewer builds per day.
