Steps to reproduce:

Safeway.com pages for Usave feature not working after my login; Safeway cannot dup my problem because they use FF rls 18.2, and I use FF rls 19.0


Actual results:

Safeway Usave pages unable to retrieve ANY info specific to my acct after my login.   I will if poss., go back to same FF rls as Safeway Cust Supp uses:  FF 18.2


Expected results:

My specific "Usave offers" should show and should be updatable.   Neither is true.

This is a typical login URL for me, derived from Safeway email link, sent to me:  

https://auth.safeway.com/opensso/UI/Login?realm=consumerportal&forceAuth=true&deeplinkuid=[e-mail]&goto=http://www.safeway.com/ShopStores/Justforu-CouponCenter.page&Cmpid=EJ_5F_SW_NC_EVG

It is up to me, customer, to provide Safeway password.

They are probably doing UA sniffing.
Try to spoof your UA with the extension User Agent Switcher (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-us/firefox/addon/user-agent-switcher/) and the UA Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 5.1; rv:18.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/18.0

Does ir work?

To your email reply:
UA = User Agent, it's the string chain which identifies your browser (check your 1st comment here to know it).
User Agent Switcher is an add-on to change the UA of Firefox. If the website works with a spoofed UA, then they are just applying poor UA sniffing.

In addition, do you know if it's possible to create a fake guest account to check if there is an issue with Firefox 19?
