Details

Twice now after updating my wife's Firefox profile has both lost its saved session and some preferences. The first time was an update from 17.0 -> 18.0 (possibly 18.0.1 or 18.0.2). The second time was 18.0 (again, maybe .1 or .2) -> 19.0

In both cases her session was lost on first run and she ended up with only the whatsnew page and about:home open. Her new tab page also got messed up, and ends up trying to load a very strange URL: "http://www.�[r;;iåvÞyevq¾qîx»òki.com/".

Not sure what other information will be helpful, but we're happy to do whatever on-machine debugging that would be helpful.
