1) Visit https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/app/kohoutkova/?src=mkt-category&lang=dbg.
2) Click on the button "Write a review".
3) In the "Write a review" form you can see string "150 characters left.". This string is not localizable. See screenshot.

This was recently changed from "{x} characters left." to "{0} characters left." When we retag the locales, this should get fixed.
