I'm on Aurora, so just upgraded to 21.0a2. On OS X, many pages scroll very badly, with latency before starting the scroll and choppy, slow, scrolling when it starts:

On the other hand, some sites scroll fine, including this Bugzilla.

On Facebook:

- My News Feed seems to scroll fine
- A user's timeline (once loaded) scrolls badly

Could you try in safe mode: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-firefox-issues-using-safe-mode

In addition, make some tests with a fresh profile: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profile-manager-create-and-remove-firefox-profiles

This turned out to be due to the SmoothWheel plugin. The author is working on a fix.
