User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:19.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/19.0
Build ID: 20130215130331
Steps to reproduce:
I have multiple RSS feeds attached to the bookmark toolbar. Clicking one and then hovering over the button displays a menu with news items. It also appears if I just click one open and click on the next.
Actual results:
About 33% of the time the menu dropshadow is rendered but no items are showing, instead it is just transparent with the page underneath showing through.
Expected results:
It should display the rss feed items as is expected 100% of the time. It is no reloading issue as repeated clicking on the RSS feed button will eventually display the items. See attached image.

This bug is still not resolved (using version 22 on windows 7 64 bit). All normal menus are working well except for the RSS drop down menus on the bookmark bar. It still shows the menu dropdown shadow instead of painting in the actual menu items. When I roll my mouse over the items that are invisible the status bar on the bottom of the browser displays the correct link to the item. Upon clicking it works but still no items are visible.
When rolling over using the mouse it doesn't flicker as the 'duplicate' bug in comment 3 mentions. Maybe the solution for the normal menus has not been propagated to the RSS menu code?
I use 2 monitors, disabling accelation in advanced settings has no effect. Disabling one monitor in the Catalyst control center has no effect.
I've also tried disabling all add-ons using menu help/Restart without add-ons. No change.
