Dale can you help us get more information here? Are there any workaround? Is this platform or Gaia?

FWIW I can't reproduce this with a 2013-02-18 build (build ID 20130219070200, git commit edaca00b1eb) on Unagi (somehow I'm on the beta channel now).
Due to lack of reproducibility, and that scrolling in the video seems to get it back (a sad workaround, but a workaround regardless) we won't block on this and will have to look for a fix in time for shipping v1.1

I cant reproduce this, either on the latest m-c or the b2g18 branch, closing until its possible to reproduce / debug
