84524 - Missing button text in Nscp 6.1 CCK Uninstall dialog box

To see this, 
1) Install CCK and try to uninstall it via Ctrl Panel| Add/Remove programs.
2) Select CCK from the list and click [Add/Remove...] button.

==> Both buttons (uninstall, cancel?) in Nscp 6.1 CCK Uninstall... dialog
    show up with no button text.

    Observed in 6/5 bld.

The patch does more than labels the button.
What is the problem that we are really fixing?

The UNINSTALL.INI file of cck is outdated. It was created in accordance with 
Netscape 6 uninstall.ini. So, I'm updating the file in accordance N6.1 
uninstall.ini.

Reopening for contextual mismatch between button text and dialog instruction. 
The instruction suggests the button be labeled "Uninstall" and "Cancel", but 
they're labeled Yes and No in 7/19 bld.
