This bug is for finishing the theming work from bug 838211: Move the info app bar (XUL <notification> widget) to the bottom of the screen, with an arrow pointing into the main app bar.

When this is moved to the bottom we should also make sure it works well with the on screen keyboard.

This should probably be treated as a new "Change" story which modifies bug  	831977 and other info app bar stories.
