mortar list-detail should be reduced in complexity to be largely a UI template, not an MVC instance.

Scope:
- keep the existing design / CSS; if any design changes come out of the design guide work, we'll do that later.
- remove require and backbone
- replace the list -> detail stuff with appropriate x-tags (slidebox, probably).

Unfortunately I don't think I'll able to finish this in this sprint, but I definitely will in the next one. I need to get familiar with the x-tags again and figure out the best way to use them.
