User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Ubuntu; Linux i686; rv:19.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/19.0 Build ID: 20130218165301 Steps to reproduce: - visit for example: http://learnwebcode.com/tutorial-files/css-sprites-tutorial/ - make the font size normal (CTRL and 0) - now increase the font size (CTRL and +) Actual results: if you go with the mouse over the letter, the letter is moving, just a little bit Expected results: it should not move at all (in the normal font size it is not moving); using single pictures instead of css-sprites there is no move in any kind of font size
Alternative STR:
1. Load the testcase image (attachment 718867 [details])
2. Set zoom level to 1.1 (normally ctrl + + from reset state)
3. Compare the letter on pixel row 16 and row 81
Actual results:
The two letters re-size differently
Expected results:
The bottom letter has moved down a bit
By the fact that the re-size factor is 1.1 i think this is expected, but I'm leaving this for someone else to call
Same issue old version with Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.1; en-US; rv:1.9.2a1pre) Gecko/20090218 Minefield/3.2a1pre So likely old bug (or dupe).
It is not a dupe. You can take any kind of website that uses css-sprites where pictures are above each other. Next example: http://www.thedotproduct.org/experiments/css-sprites/ Double the font size (CTRL and two times +) and see how the words are moving upwards when you move the mouse over the words (specially the word "Products").
