845651 - B2G mochitest & xpcshell virtualenv failing on multi-arch Debian-based distros

xpcshell client[1] still uses "1.8.2" and suffers from the same problem with bug 837631 and bug 843525. Need at least commit 49f4012[2] in upstream virtualenv to include the same change.

Bumped into this issue on testing bug 775281, `./test.sh xpcshell` for b2g on Ubuntu Raring.
