 DEFECT DESCRIPTION:
 When receive VoiceMail,it cannot be used.
 
 REPRODUCING PROCEDURES:
 1.When receive VoiceMail
 2.voice mail notice just show on Notifications bar
 3.click the voice mail notice
 4.the phone no response,and the voice mail Notice will disapper.---KO1
 5.Then we will not clear this voice mail message
 6.And send new voicemail again
 7.There is no voicemail notice to show ---KO2
 8.And there is no  voice mail setting menu and can't change the  voice mail number---KO3
 
 
 
 EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR:
 KO1: Select the voicemail notice, it will enter the dialing interface
 KO2: Should appear new notice
 KO3: Should have voicemail settings,should can set VocieMail number.
