Can't open multiple selected files at once in the new download manager (v20.0)

Steps to reproduce:

I selected multiple files in the download manager (ctrl + left mouse click)
Then right click on the selected files


Actual results:

The context menu show up but there's no "open" option... only "open folder"...


Expected results:

There should be a "open" option
