For the past week or so I've been seeing the Maps update prompt. It downloads but never gets past the total download count. I can attach logcat output if it would help.

Here's a logcat before pressing "check now" for updates, accepting the prompt, watching it download the supposed full size, and then sitting at the full 3.19 MB. I'm on an Unagi that I restarted just before this logcat starts and it's running a 20130227070200 build (26b20494ef) that I got OTA.

The interesting part in logcat is : 02-27 14:36:01.580 E/GeckoConsole( 393): [JavaScript Error: "manifest is null" {file: "app://homescreen.gaiamobile.org/shared/js/manifest_helper.js" line: 12}] 02-27 14:36:01.580 E/GeckoConsole( 393): [JavaScript Error: "NS_ERROR_XPC_JAVASCRIPT_ERROR_WITH_DETAILS: '[JavaScript Error: "manifest is null" {file: "app://homescreen.gaiamobile.org/shared/js/manifest_helper.js" line: 12}]' when calling method: [nsIDOMEventListener::handleEvent]" {file: "jar:file:///system/b2g/omni.ja!/components/Webapps.js" line: 510}] On a build with b2g18 and gaia master, I can update the maps app without issues. I need to try with gaia v1-train though.

I also tested with gaia v1-train and v1.0.1 which is Andrew's version, and can't reproduce...

Maps has been moved to the Marketplace and I haven't seen anything like this recently. Closing this as worksforme, but please reopen with a logcat if this reproduces.
