Details

The 1u cable managers in the MDF of our phx1 modules will most likely be overwhelmed once it's completely built out. Since there aren't a lot of cables running through them right now, we should be able to swap the fingers without having to unrack anything. The 1u cable managers at scl1 have fingers on both side, 1 side is single density and the other is double. Let's pop a few off the double density side and ship them to phx1.
