Steps to reproduce:
-select a message with high ascii in the Subject;
-click Reply;
-send the message;
//note:when you receive the message Subject in the Thread and message header are
garbled, source is indicating that it was transfered as 7-bit
Status: NEW → RESOLVED
Closed: 25 years ago
Resolution: --- → DUPLICATE
This is a send problem and dup of 6961. Verification of 6961 should include the
thread pane view.
