User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; rv:19.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/19.0
Build ID: 20130215130331

Steps to reproduce:

New Download Panel.
Downloaded file deleted.

Actual results:

In the old Download Window the option to open folder is grayd out.
In the new Download Panel - no indication.

Expected results:

Some indication.

BTW, the new Download Panel is great. The only thing I miss is the downloaded percentage info.

Thanks.
I can reproduce this on the latest Nightly. By the way, isn't the target release for Downloads Panel supposed to be Firefox 20?

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:22.0) Gecko/20130304 Firefox/22.0
Build: 20130304030933
OS: Windows 7 x64

Retest Details:
1. Downloaded Ninja Setup from www.download.com
2. Downloaded Google Chrome from www.download.com
3. Went to my download folder via Windows Explorer and deleted the Ninja Setup executable
4. Re-opened Firefox and clicked on the Download arrow to bring up Downloads Panel

Observed that there is no indication of whether the downloaded file is still available or not. The only way to check is to right-click the download in Downloads Panel to see that "Open" and "Open Containing Folder" is greyed out.

Target release is indeed Fx 20.

You can use the Download Panel in earlier versions by setting ‘browser.download.useToolkitUI’ to false.
