Please provide the crash ID from the about:crashes page. Does it happen in Safe Mode (see https://support.mozilla.org/kb/troubleshoot-firefox-issues-using-safe-mode)?

http://crash-stats.mozilla.com/report/index/bp-7bd78e27-dea6-45bb-9b63-48e912130228 Sorry for the late reply..This was the crash report for the Adobe crash. But it seems some integration issue, because the third time I open the same link location on FF, there wasn't any crash. What does this mean? I think there is no need for safe mode only if it re-occurs the next time, safe mode needed. Hope this helps!

Safe Mode is an investigation mode to know whether it's caused by the Firefox code or your setup such as some extensions.

(In reply to Joffrey Dubus from comment #4) > Hi, I have same problem here, when I open Youtube, Flash player plugin > crashes too. I have Widnwos 8 x64. Each Flash crash may have a different reason (outdated Flash, graphics drivers, extensions, third-party software, hardware...) so file a new bug and provide your crash ID and your steps to reproduce.

This signature is the generic signature that's logged any time Flash is closed unexpectedly. I'd recommend working through the video troubleshooting guide for your operating system, here: - Windows - http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/video-playback-issues.html - Mac - http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/video-playback-issues.htm If the issue persists, please file a bug at http://bugbase.adobe.com/ When reporting issues with video or audio, it's also helpful to get your system hardware and driver details. Instructions for finding this information can be found here: - Windows - http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/video-playback-issues.html#main_For_Windows_users - Mac - http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/video-playback-issues.html#main_For_Mac_OS_users Finally, sometimes video and audio problems are caused at a lower level and not directly related to Flash Player. I recommend trying both of the links below to see how they perform. If the problem exists with both, then Flash Player is most likely not the culprit as the HTML5 video link does not use Flash Player when playing. You can verify this by right clicking the HTML5 video and looking for the words "About HTML5" at the bottom of the menu. - HTML5 video - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cTl3U6aSd2w&html5=True - Non-HTML5 video - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cTl3U6aSd2w

I verified in 3 different scenarios to reproduce the issue. # Disabled add-ons- open FF in safe mode # Playback by interrupting the video in the middle of the play # Play back the video with add-ons enabled NO CRASH! I guess it is debugged, Thanks.
