We got eideticker to the point where it produces awesomely useful data for fennec.  Once we iron some b2g issues out, I expect nothing less for b2g.

Instead of treating these tests as a delicacy, we should run them as often as we run talos tests, every checkin (nominally).  We already need hosts to kick off and process data from talos tests, so that's in place.  However, we do need hosts equipped with capture cards for the eideticker runs.

I say "Prepare" because I'm aware we won't be able to flip a switch and get these running on all branches overnight.  And in general it doesn't make sense to run these tests on e.g. the firefox-ui branch.  But we should be heading towards the per-checkin golden standard.
