Steps to reproduce:
Clicked "Help" Tab. Clicked "About". Firefox updated to 19.
Actual results:
Now my mouse pointer moves very jerky. Sometimes gets stuck in one spot for several seconds. Vertical scroll bar has long delay to movement.
Expected results:
Things should move freely

Can you reproduce the lag in the firefox safemode ?

No. Safe mode works fine.

Please disable all your addons in tools/Add-ons/extensions and restart Firefox.
Disable the hardware acceleration in tools/options/advanced/general if disabling the extensions doesn't help

Open help/Troubleshoot information in the Firefox menu.
That should open a Firefox internal page with troubleshoot information.
scroll down to the "graphics" section and copy this section and paste it here as comment.
