User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 5.1; rv:19.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/19.0 Build ID: 20130215130331 Steps to reproduce: Clicked "Help" Tab. Clicked "About". Firefox updated to 19. Actual results: Now my mouse pointer moves very jerky. Sometimes gets stuck in one spot for several seconds. Vertical scroll bar has long delay to movement. Expected results: Things should move freely
Can you reproduce the lag in the firefox safemode ? http://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/Safe+Mode
No. Safe mode works fine.
(In reply to jetedel94@dr.com from comment #2) > No. Safe mode works fine. Please disable all your addons in tools/Add-ons/extensions and restart Firefox. Disable the hardware acceleration in tools/options/advanced/general if disabling the extensions doesn't help
Disabling addons didn't help. Disabling hardware acceleration did the trick. Thank you...
Can you please post the graphic section from about:support (enter about:support as URL in the firefox address bar) to this bug report ?

I'm sorry, I guess I'm not computer literate enough to know exactly what you're asking. You'll have to give me a "how to"...
Flags: needinfo?(jetedel94)
Open help/Troubleshoot information in the Firefox menu. That should open a Firefox internal page with troubleshoot information. scroll down to the "graphics" section and copy this section and paste it here as comment.
