Steps to reproduce:
1.Go into settings;
2.tap “Display ”or ”Sound” directly
Expected results:
1.it can go into the next menu;
Actual results:
1The operation is invalid. If we tap other menus in settings after tapping the “Display ”or ”Sound”, and then tap “Display ”or ”Sound” again, it can go into “Display ”or ”Sound” successfully.

The build: 20130218070201 (Cannot reproduce)
The latest build: 20130304230203 (I also cannot reproduce)
Could you please provide the build number?
