This bug tracks moving /community out of the php legacy system.
Priority: -- → P3
Per email with David and Dino, we will remove /community/map from the site and delete it from the SVN trunk, leaving it in the previous SVN revision. Then in the fall we will begin work exploring a new way to visual the opportunities for community involvement at mozilla.

Can you clarify? Thanks. Jbertsch clarified in IRC that the pages can be removed. I also asked about redirects and it was suggested that we redirect /community to /contribute. There are four other locale versions of this page. Hi Steven- 1. yes please remove the locale versions 2. Ben is working separately on mirrors and mirroring and it should not block this bug. 3. I'll make a decision separately about /directory. It should not block this bug. Thx, Jen

Deleted from svn in r117071.
As of now, there are 3 files left in community: mirrors, mirroring, and directory. The first two are covered in bug 885094. The last requires a publishing solution and is described in bug 885797. In other words, this bug has been completely delegated to other bugs, and those bugs have been updated to ask that they remove /community if they are the last items to be migrated out. Therefore, this bug can stay closed.
