eg I'd really like to be able to do

  ./mach mochitest-browser --hack

and have it tell me testing/mochitest/mach_commands.py
This is a pretty trivial command to implement.

I could go the alternate route and add --command-info to each command or something. But, I don't like polluting the argument list. Who knows. We can always revisit this.
