User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.2; WOW64; rv:20.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/20.0 Build ID: 20130227063501 Steps to reproduce: I turned on the Facebook messenger / sidebaar for Firefox , tried to load any of the stories from the right navigation panel by focussing on it, and tried to scroll up and down. Actual results: 1.Flickering occured near the blank are near close, minimize and restore buttons, where new opened tabs are shown. 2.The scrolling became unsmooth / rough. Expected results: Normal Smooth scrolling with no Flickering. p.s- All my graphic drivers are updated, even updated the flash to latest. Cleaned and made a new profile , Problem still persisits.

I was unable to reproduce this on Beta. User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:20.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/20.0 Build ID: 20130227063501 OS: Windows 7 x64 Retest Details: 1. Turned on Facebook social messenger API. Enabled sidebar and desktop notifications. 2. Hovered mouse over an update in the "update stream" to invoke pop-up that gives you more information on that update. (The "update stream" section is above the Chat section of the sidebar). 3. Moved mouse over the pop-up and then in that pop-up, scrolled up and down repeatedly. (You may need to choose an update in the "update stream" where the pop-up has enough comments so that you can scroll up and down). Observed that there was no flickering in Firefox window.
