To release Firefox in Azerbaijani, we need a way to promote it. We do that via http://www.mozilla.org/firefox/ web pages. There's a set of pages that are essential to having a successful Firefox localization and promotion, and those depend on the files listed below. Milos or Pascal will follow up here when the initial setup work is done. After that, you'll find the files to localize in SVN. The repositories you want to work with are located at https://svn.mozilla.org/projects/mozilla.com/trunk/az/ and https://svn.mozilla.org/projects/mozilla.com/trunk/locales/az/ . Files that need to be translated are, namely: in https://svn.mozilla.org/projects/mozilla.com/trunk/az/ 404.html download/content.inc.html firefox/4/firstrun/fallback.inc.html firefox/channel/content.inc.html plugincheck/content.inc.html plugincheck/index.html in https://svn.mozilla.org/projects/mozilla.com/trunk/locales/az/ download.lang firefoxtesting.lang home.lang main.lang mobile.lang newsletter.lang upgradedialog.lang whatsnew.lang All the translations you do will be available on the testing website, http://www-dev.allizom.org/az/firefox/ , around 15-30 minutes after commit. The Azerbaijani team will be driving this bug to completion.

How to translate index page? Tried to translate some words in every file (if something in file is translated it will be uploaded and this page will work in that language), some pages are working, for example Download page. But main page gives 404 error.
You're being redirected to https://www-dev.allizom.org/tr/az/firefox/new/. Is "tr/" supposed to be part of that URL? I'm guessing that could be a bug.

This one is working too, but most files for translation are missing: https://www-dev.allizom.org/az/firefox/all/

That /tr was added to show error page I think. As my browser is in English it adds /en-US when can not find page.
To translate the home page you can use this link while the rewrite rule is not in place https://www-dev.allizom.org/b/az/
For the download page (new.lang), which I realize was the original request https://www-dev.allizom.org/b/az/firefox/new/

Ok, now website works in Azerbaijani (http://www.mozilla.org/az/), but, bug with firefox page (click on firefox icon in the bottom of page) (http://www.mozilla.org/az/firefox/new/) redirects to error page in users locale (for me: http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/az/firefox/new/).

Looks like it's missing a rewrite rule :-\ The page you should see is http://www.mozilla.org/b/az/firefox/new/ Looking. P.S. if you could complete the 6 missing strings in Tabzilla, we could then close this bug. l10n.mozilla-community.org/webdashboard/?locale=az

Ok, will finish today, after fixing bug with Mozillians test suite (Python program).

That is not a localizable page at the moment (if you check at the bottom, you'll see the locales each page is available in).
Ok, I submitted tabzilla too.
Today Firefox 33 beta released but there is no Azerbaijani version between them: https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/beta/all/ In repository for 33.0b1 there is Firefox in Azerbaijani: https://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/releases/33.0b1/linux-i686/ but in the same repository for latest-beta /az/ is absent: https://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/releases/latest-beta/linux-i686/
