From Bugzilla Helper:
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; WinNT4.0; en-US; rv:0.9.1) Gecko/20010607
BuildID: 2001060703
The 0.9.1 zip can't handle data from an older version.
This may be acceptable for pre-release, but this would be a showstopper in an
actual release.
Reproducible: Didn't try
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install 0.9 from zip.
2. Give up on 0.9 and let it sit for a few months.
3. Install 0.9.1 from zip.
Actual Results: Mozilla crashes after the splash screen with an application error.
Expected Results: Mozilla should start up normally with all of the settings
from the previous version.
To fix this problem, I deleted the Application Data/Mozilla directory from my
user profile in the Windows directory.
the .zip file is not an installer. You should try the .exe

Were you using a third-party theme (i.e. not classic/modern) before installing
0.9.1? If yes, then it's a known issue, and the bug is indeed invalid. If not..
then I don't know
