Jaime - is this intentional? Recorded versus downloaded videos? Where does this consistency issue rank on your list of desired UX improvements?

I don't think this is intentional. The UI for all videos in video player should be the same, regardless of file type.

This has been fixed. I'm not sure when but the delete button is now always present.
