Steps to reproduce:

Checking mail in Inbox Tb 17.03 clean new install in win 7 64 via Imap


Actual results:

New or copied mails in Inbox are not shown, but in all other folders everything works fine, the problem is with this accout only
everything works fine on linux tb 17.03 and webmail, same account
seeing no problem on the imap server log,
reproducable on several win 7 and 8 computers
no bug on console , no bug in tb debug log,
copied mails are shown in the profile INBOX file, but not in tb INBOX,
new mails dont get synced


Expected results:

see the mails of Inbox
OS: Linux → Windows 7
deleting

dovecot.index
 dovecot.index.cache
 dovecot.index.log
 dovecot.index.log.2
 dovecot-uidlist 

they are auto rebuild then by dovecot

fixed the problem, but still a secret only windows was involved
and showed no problem on verbose thunderbird or dovecot log

any idea ?
Do you still see this issue when using a current version of Thunderbird?

No, but the mail server setup changed too, so i cant retest
