Details
(Whiteboard: [needs-replication])
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.6; rv:19.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/19.0
Build ID: 20130215130331
Steps to reproduce:
20 open Firefox windows
1) restart Firefox
2) click on one of the open windows to make it active
3) I had to click through each open window to find the active window.
Each window would become front-most but not active.
4) Once I had made the active window front-most,
I could then click on another window and make it active.
Actual results:
The window was made front-most [Z-order]
The window did not become active
The title bar color did not change to the active window color
Clicking on the URL field did not make it editable
Expected results:
Clicking anywhere on a window should make it the front-most and active window.

Do you still have that problem? Do you have any particular theme applied?
It works fine for me on Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.8; rv:19.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/19.0
BuildID : 20130215130331
I have more than 20 windows opened; I quitted and restarted Firefox (with the option "Show my windows and tabs from last time" active). The active window was the last one of the previous session and when I click on another window it becames active and the front-most, and the URL is editable.

I'll close this due to the lack of information from the reporter.
Please reopen it if you have info for help us to better reproduce this.
