Can't drag a tab across virtual desktops in KDE (KWin)

Details
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:19.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/19.0
Build ID: 20130215130331
Steps to reproduce:
In KDE (using KWin) opened two Firefox windows on different virtual desktops. Dragged a tab from one window with a mouse, intending to move it to another window on the different virtual desktop.
Actual results:
Tab can't cross the border of the virtual desktop.
Expected results:
Tab had to cross the border of the virtual desktop to another one (this works in Gnome).
In order to perform the drag, one needs to explicitly detach the tab into a separate window first, and then move it (which is not optimal).

Component: Untriaged → Widget: Gtk
Product: Firefox → Core
As a workaround, one can drag the tab on to the "pager" widget to a section corresponding to the needed virtual desktop. This will switch the desktop, and one can finish dragging the tab to the needed window.

Priority: -- → P5
It's still as before, dragging a tab to the edge of the screen doesn't switch the virtual desktop. Hovering over the pager widget does.
In KDE settings, I have this set:
Workspace Behavior > Screen Edges > Switch Desktop on Edge: Only when moving windows.
Flags: needinfo?(shtetldik)
May be it's something for KDE to implement, because dragging a tab is some kind of other event than dragging a window.
