Add --plugins-path to Buildbot's Mozmill test runs for Thunderbird
Bug 817881 moved the test plugin to a new location so that, I believe, Metro could test with it. This broke Thunderbird's content-tabs Mozmill tests because our test profiles were no longer having the test plugin automatically installed. In bug 841996, I added a --plugin-path parameter to runtest.py and runtestlist.py, and modified the mozmill and mozmill-one Make targets to pass $(DIST)/plugins as this path. Can we modify Buildbot to execute Thunderbird's Mozmill tests in the same way, by passing $(DIST)/plugins to runtestlist.py? If this can be done, can we also do a staging build to see if this change, plus the change in bug 841996 actually fixes the tests? (It seems to fix it locally, fwiw).

Mike do we still need this?
No, I don't believe so.
